Grooming Reservations

Grooming Space has been set up on The Store. Exhibitors will be able to go into the Store and select their specific space or spaces. Once sold, a particular space will show as Sold Out and not available for double booking. Please follow this link to select your spot(s) and pay.

As with all store purchases there will be a Convenience Charge of $1.25, so that the total cost is $21.25. If an exhibitor does not wish to pay the Convenience Charge they may send a check in the amount of $20.00 per space to Diana Smith with a list of their top 3 choices. If those choices are gone by the time the check arrives, Diana will work with the exhibitor to find an open spot.

Grooming space purchase via a mailed check will close Wednesday, October 4th. This is a requirement due to travel schedule prior to The National Specialty. All Mailings postmarked by October 4th will be honored. Any mailed check arriving after Wednesday, October 11th will be captured by Mail Hold and destroyed upon return home after The National Specialty.

Any available Open Grooming Space as of Wednesday, November 1st will be sold for $25 a space payable by check or cash to either Co-Chair (Diana Smith or Pam Norman) prior to any equipment being moved into a space.

2023 National Specialty Exhibitor Hotel Block

A block of rooms for BCSA Exhibitors has been reserved at the Holiday Inn Saint Louis West at Six Flags

Room Rate $129.95 + tax per night Pet Fee $35 Total (this is not per dog or per night – it is the total fee).

Limit 4 Dogs per room There are two beds per room so rooms can be shared, but the limit remains 4 dogs per room (not guest).

Block Name is Border Collie Society of America - Cut off date is 9/30/23 - Rooms can be reserved between (checking in) Sunday 10/29 – Sunday 11/5 (checking out Monday 11/6) - Reservations can be made for any amount of days within that 8 day time frame.

You must leave your Credit Card information at the time of your reservation. One month prior to your check in, Holiday Inn will charge $100 deposit on your card. This amount is applied to your stay when you check out.

Rooms may be canceled up to two weeks prior to your arrival date - Reservations can be modified upon arrival.

RV Reservations at Purina Farms

All reservations must be made through Purina Farms by emailing this completed reservation form to rvparking@purina.nestle.com or mailing to Purina Farms, Att: RV Engagement Specialist, 300 Checkerboard Loop, Gray Summit, MO 63039. Please call (866) 979-2488 with any overnight camping questions.

For those of you thinking of renting an RV/Trailer so you can stay on site at Purina Farms, they provide this document for your reference.

You can also go the the web site RVshare where owners rent their RV's to individuals. RV Share is also on Facebook.

Specialty Apparel and Items

Specialty items are now available for those persons who will be attending The National Specialty in person and can pick up their items at the Specialty. We will provide sales of items to be shipped at a later date.

Screen Print items are sold with the General National Specialty logo and must be ordered by August 31st

Embroidery Items can be ordered with your choice of Specialty logo - either the general logo or an event specific logo - and must be ordered by September 15th. The embroidered Baseball cap is only available with the General logo.
